Refund and Returns Policy

Aurora Primary & Secondary provides virtual educational programs that grant immediate access to online classes and digital resources. Because our courses are delivered instantly and personalized for each student, refunds are granted only under specific conditions.

Parents or guardians may request a refund if a technical issue on our side prevents proper access to enrolled courses or if classes are canceled and cannot be rescheduled. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days of enrollment and include relevant enrollment information and a description of the issue.

Refunds are not available once a student has participated in lessons, accessed digital materials, or completed course components. In cases where students encounter challenges, Aurora offers alternative solutions such as course rescheduling, credit toward other programs, or additional academic support to ensure a positive learning experience.

All refund requests are processed with transparency and care. Aurora maintains clear records of transactions and course access, ensuring that every decision aligns with fairness, student welfare, and educational integrity.
